Returns
- Within the first period of 14 days, you must inform us that you want to return your order.
- After you have informed us, a second period of 14 days start in which you must return your order to unleashinstinct.com.
- You must inform us by email at info@unleashinstinct.com and provide your email address you used for your purchase and the order number you received up on creating the order.
- Please state if you would like a refund or an exchange along with a reason and we will get back to you with instructions on how to return your item.
How can I qualify for refund?
- A return or exchange item must be returned in "New", unworn condition.
- Unwashed and Unworn without deodorant stains, pet hair, odor, signs of washing or drying.
- In the original packaging
- Deemed fit for resale with tags still attached.
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
Are there any charges for return?
- Please be aware we do not offer free returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 business days.
Please fold items neatly in the correct bags before returning. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure its packed up properly and can’t get damaged in any way. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service
If you were sent a faulty or incorrect item, we will send out a replacement/the correct item to you once we receive the faulty/incorrect item back and refund your return postage up to a maximum of 20.00 EUR.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different item, then please check on our website for current stock levels to avoid disappointment.
If the exchange request is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then we can either issue a refund or store credit.
